PRINCIPAL-SEMICONDUCTOR SPHERE OF PERSON: ROLE, STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS

Abstract
Theoretical research of value-sense realm phenomenon in the structure of personality is represented in the article. The author emphasizes on high dynamics of changes that is peculiar to the present world, and it requires high level of flexibility, adaptability as well as high level of social skills. All the above mentioned factors are necessary for effective successful interaction and development In the result of such changes there occurs destruction and replacement of the accepted values and senses that are important reference points for normal and sane existence of a person. At the same time, value-sense realm is a complicated and abstract category in psychology, and it makes it not quite enough researched and studied phenomenon. That’s why for effective and efficientpsychological concomitance of a person in changing conditions; there is a necessity of profound and structured understanding of value-sense realm, as a psychical component of a personality, that is the main aim of the research. The research of value-sense realm phenomenon demonstrates that VSR is a very important determinant of human life. Values and senses help a personality be guided in the changing world, they influence his/her behavior pattern, guidelines, professional self-consciousness, thus, they form his/her vector of development. According to the author, value-sense realm represents (embodies) a psychical value system, that consists of two subsystems: the value and the sense ones. Value subsystem influences a person’s attitude to the world, to himself/herself, induces a person to some activity, regulates his/her behavior in social medium/society, and guides him/her in the surrounding reality. Sense realm also takes place in inducement of a person to actions, helps to form a personality, is a subjective reflection of objective reality, it helps to interlink different kinds of experiences of a person, performs protective and adaptable functions. Value-sense realm is implemented through value-sense realm gears, the author refers them to self-regard, aims, purposes, value orientation and sense orientation. In the result of the researchthe author suggests his model of VSR structure and distinguishes its generalizing functions.
