ПРИНЦИПИ СІМЕЙНОГО ПРАВА В ЗАКОНОДАВСТВІ НОРДИЧНИХ ДЕРЖАВ

Abstract
The article examines the principles of family law in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. The common principles of legal regulation of family relations in the Nordic states and national peculiarities are established. The Nordic states are successfully implementing the principle of responsible parenthood, whose manifestations of effectiveness are the increased involvement of parents in childcare and care. On the basis of the conducted research suggestions on improvement of the legislation of Ukraine are offered.
