PRINCIPLE OF FISCAL FEDERALISM WITHIN INTERGOVERNMENTAL FISCAL RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the essence and importance of the principle of fiscal federalism. Scientists analyzed the views on the essence of the principle of "fiscal federalism". The author proves the feasibility of implementing the principle of fiscal federalism in the current budget of Ukraine to promote budgetary authority of local governments.
