Abstract
In this article the author examines some aspects of the problem of ensuring and realizing the principle of state’s territorial integrity in the modern practice of international relations. Outlined preconditions and nature of certain types of territorial disputes. Researched the problems of modern political and legal relations between Ukraine and Poland in this context.
