PRINCIPLES AND FUNCTIONS OF PUBLIC CONTROL FOR THE CONTROL OF LEGISLATION ON TRANSPORT

Abstract
The article clarifies and describes the principles and functions of state control over observance of the legislation on transport on the basis of generalization and analysis of scientific approaches to the study of this issue and the current regulatory framework regulating the scope of control over compliance with the legislation on transport.
