GUARANTEEING FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

Abstract
Article is devoted to the nature and content of the securing of human rights and fundamental freedoms, guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights. Various measures, which the states must take to the effective ensuring of human rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights are analyzed. The author focuses on the inter- pretation of human rights standards in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.
