Principles of legal regulation of administrative and delict relations in the sphere of natural resources use and protection in Ukraine

Abstract
This article attempts to study the principles of legal regulation of administrative and delict relations in the sphere of natural resources use and protection in Ukraine. Taking into account high indicators of administrative delicacy in the sphere of natural resources use and protection and the need to reconsider the outdated positions regarding the legal regulation principles of administrative and delict relations in Ukraine in accordance with the declared European integration rate it has been determined that the legal regulation of administrative and delict relations in the sphere of natural resources use and protection has its own object specifics, which includes both the economic component (the protection of natural resources as material goods) and the environmental safety (the protection of natural resources as part of the natural environment) acquires its own specific features, which certainly affects the specificity of the legal regulation principles. In view of this, the principles of these relations should be considered as a system of mutually determined fundamental ideas that reflect the essence, purpose and content of administrative liability and determine the lawfulness of the material and procedural norms implementation regarding bringing to administrative liability for the established order violation of natural resources use in Ukraine.
