Concept and Components of Administrative Regime of Public Finance Circulation in Ukraine

Abstract
Studies of the essence and constituent parts of legal regimes in the field of public finance became the basis for distinguishing and defining the concept of the administrative regime of public finance turnover in Ukraine, which combines administrative and legal means of regulating public finances aimed at solving a wide range of regime tasks necessary to ensure the rule of law during public financial activities. The main and minor components of this mode are clarified.
