Principles of the state authority in Ukraine: concept and legal nature

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the principles of the implementation of state power in Ukraine. The legal nature of the principles of state power implementation is considered. The concept of principles of state power is formulated. The correlation between the principles of state power implementation and the increase of the efficiency of the state power, its approach to the needs and demands of people, and further Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine is established.
