PRIORITIES OF SMALL BUSINESS In UKRAINE

Abstract
The paper analyzes the status and definition of priority directions of small business development in Ukraine. Based on the characteristics of the modern state and its major barriers to the further development of small business in this country, the authors distinguish and articulate the vision and priorities of the main factors stimulating and supporting small businesses. The purpose of this study is to identify priority areas of small business development in Ukraine on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis of its characteristics with the main barriers that impede its functioning object of study is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation of small business in Ukraine. The paper used the following methods: statistical, economic, graphic, peer reviews, benchmarking systematization and generalization. The authors proposed a conceptual basis for the development of small business in the economy of Ukraine to consider when drawing up government development programs and support small businesses. When developing projects for the improvement of legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of small business, you should consider changing tax laws, establishing for small businesses privileges on taxation, development of effective mechanisms for financial support through concessional loans, state guarantees to banks that work with small businesses. Also, the state needs to encourage large enterprises in terms of small industrial enterprise by organizing parks, within which it is possible to provide small businesses with manufacturing facilities, equipment, technology, personnel and more. As a result, we can mention during the development of small business should understand these transformational changes that contribute to the country's economy and as a result, improve people's lives.
