PRIORITIES OF THE LEGAL ENSURING THE PROTECTION OF THE STATE BORDERS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Protection and security of State borders of Ukraine at different stages of State defined one of the important tasks. In modern conditions when faced with new challenges and threats to the integrity of the State, its defense, as well as in the process of European integration arose the need for a qualitatively new effective approaches, guarantees national security and stability of the State borders of Ukraine. We are talking about national and international legal tools and mechanisms of universal and regional scale. The principles of International Law – principles of the territorial integrity of States and inviolability of the borders of the State – sand the inviolable, considered an untouchable service boundaries of all States and to refrain from attacks on the border, seizing or usurping the territory of their parts. In national level must also be defined with clear and reliable guarantees of security and protection of the States borders how to deal with potential conflicts in this area. The successful solution of problems of stability and security of State borders depends on the maintenance of peace and the normal functioning of the State, the European Community and the world community in general, in connection with the expansion of the borders of the EU to the Ukraine. The intensification of the European integration processes, this matter needs proper attentionfrom the side of the Ukrainian State, and neighbouring countries, supranational bodies and international organisations.
