Abstract
The gas dedusting process in the Venturi scrubber is presented as a set of six elementary conditionally dependent events. Based on a probabilistic modeling method of hydrodynamic and masstransfer processes, the events were used to develop a probabilistic dedusting flow chart by means of which was obtained a formula for determining the over all effectiveness of purification
