PROBLEM ASPECTS OF LIABILITY OF OWNERS OF INSOLVENT BANKS

Abstract
The article presents a huge level of moral hazard of banks’ owners. It is pointed on the problem of corporate social responsibility of owners and employees of insolvent banks. It is emphasized on the legal basis for the investigation of responsibility of CEOs and bank workers for unlawful acts. The criminal and administrative liability for the violation of laws and banking regulations is analysed. The Deposit Guarantee Fund proceedings about the bringing to justice banks managers and CEOs for the insolvency bank action are indicated.
