PROBLEM OF REFLEXIA IN DIDACTIC TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract
The essence of the concepts “didactic preparation of the future teacher”, “reflection” is characterized in the article, the place and role of reflection in the didactic preparation of future teachers is determined. In the context of the current educational reforms in Ukraine, today the issue of improving and improving the effective- ness of the didactic preparation of the future teacher is especially acute. The purpose of the article is to carry out a theoretical analysis of the problem of reflection in the didactic preparation of future teachers. Studying of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists allowed to state that reflection is a phe- nomenon of modern didactics and requires its purposeful development in future teachers in the learning process in the higher educational institution. The didactic readiness of the future teacher is a reflexive complex system of active personality, based on the student’s ability, through a clear awareness of his own motivational and target area, to apply a system of didactic knowledge, skills, solving typical and creative tasks of didactic activity, taking into account the methodological features of a certain educa- tional subject, diagnosing and correcting its results. The effectiveness of the didactic activity of future teachers will largely be determined not only by the availability and formation of fundamental didactic knowledge, skills and skills, but also by the degree of their creative realization in the changing conditions of pedagogical reality. Therefore, the students’ mastery of the theoretical and practical foundations of modeling and organizing the educational process in school should be accompanied by a purposeful and specially organized formation of reflexive skills at all stages of didactic preparation. Most researchers consider pedagogical reflec- tion too broadly – in the context of general pedagogical abilities. In the context of the achievements of scientists in shap- ing the system of knowledge, skills and habits of the future teachers on the general principles of the theory of teaching the scientific justification and further study, it is necessary to determine the reflexive component of the process and the result of the didactic preparation of students – future teachers. The educational result is not only a system of knowledge, skills and habits acquired by man, but also the development of the personality. In this connection, it can be concluded that reflection is a phenomenon of modern didactics, which can be consid- ered in the context of the key general didactic category – the “learning process” with the subsequent development of didactic principles of purposeful formation of reflexive skills among students during training in the higher educational institution.
