PROBLEM PROFFESIONAL TRAINING A MASTER OF INSERVICE EDUCATIONAL AT THE COURSES CERTIFICATION TRAINING

Abstract
Introduction. The present article deals with the scientific activityof the refresher courses. It has been specified that specific changes of the society development displays on the professional technical education.Training questionsof the masters of the industrial training are considered. It is grounded that the refresher courses of the masters of the industrial trainingare allocatedby such dominant: the scientific, the mobility, the predictability. Methods. In the course of researching such methods were used: analysis, matching, comparison, generalization, observation, foundation of the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature. Results. The particular qualities of the teaching professionthe master of the industrial training based on the research works are specified and concretized. The science thematic plan and theprogram content which used at the refresher courses are described. Survey results of the refresher coursesare considered and generalized. The cooperationas the total activity determinesthe cooperation between the teacher and the audienceinthe environmentof the audienceis proved. Basic professional abilities of the master of the industrial training that affection the conditions of his success as a professionalare analyzed. Discussion. The prospects are in the development and implementationof the effective teaching methodat the refresher courses of the teaching staff.
