Abstract
The article is devoted to the activization of the professional socialization of the future teacher-pedagogue. Social groups cannot exist outside professional groups. Acquiring a particular profession by an individual usually means his entry, and then belonging to a particular social group or stratum. Higher educational institution as an institution of socialization is a certain sphere of human activity the quality of which is determined by a number of parameters, for example, the quality of teaching, the organization of educational activities, the system of social relations existing in an educational institution between subjects of socialization, the introduction of innovative technologies, the level informati- zation, etc. The level of these characteristics depends not only on the result of the higher educational institution’s activity, but also on the effectiveness of the socialization process. Socialization is a complex and long process of incorporating an individual into the system of social relations and rela- tionships, of his active interaction with the environment, in which he learns patterns of behavior, social norms and values necessary for his successful life in this society. In the process of socialization, the person "tries" on himself and performs various roles, which are called social. Through the role a person has the opportunity to identify himself. Mastering a particular profession usually means his entering, followed by belonging to a particular social group or stra- tum. Studying at a higher educational institution is a step towards further socialization of the individual, whose effectiveness largely determines its further socialization. Professional socialization is necessary to manage and create optimal pedagog- ical conditions for its effectiveness.
