ПРОБЛЕМА АЛЛЕРГИИ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПАТОЛОГИИ

Abstract
Allergy is an immunological reaction of the body, which is accompanied by damage to one's own tissues. Allergic diseases are a group of diseases, the development of which is caused by damage caused by an immune reaction to allergens. An allergic process, starting as an exogenous one, may later on aqcuire features of an autoimumune process and run further without participation of a poorly teolerated substance. Etiologically two forms of occupational allergy should be distinguished, i.e. primary allergic (non-infectious) and secondary (infectious-allergic). In primary allergy of paramount importance is chemical and in the secondary- bacterial sensitization. In addition to this one must setapart the state of latent sensitization in clinically healthy person coming in contact with industrial allergens. In treating allergoses means of both nonspecific and hyposensitization should be used.
