PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF SPECIAL LAW

Abstract
Тhe article analyzed the limitation of the person using special law in the framework of administrative proceedings, and investigated the temporary restriction in the use of special law that is used in the criminal proceedings, clarified the problematic issues of the application of these coercive measures and identified individual ways to solve them. As a result of the research, the author came to the conclusion that this measure of securing criminal proceedings is absolutely new in the domestic legislation, its application standards require improvement in order to ensure proper performance of the tasks of criminal justice and respect for the rights of citizens.
