Problematic aspects of the mechanism for resolving the conflict of interests in the national legislation

Abstract
Conflict of interest always leads to corruption in the full sense of the word. Therefore, the issue of the settlement mechanism is the most urgent, since it is aimed precisely at preventing corruption manifestations in the country. The current mechanism for resolving the conflict of interests is a progressive step at the level of national legislation, at the same time there are significant shortcomings in its practical implementation, and this research is proposed methods of effectiveness of resolving the conflict of interests, both potential and real. According to the American political scientist Francis Fukuyama, "understanding of potential conflicts between public and private interests arose with the advent of modern European states. In this regard, China is ahead of Europe for almost 1 800 years, being one of the earliest civilizations that developed the concept of the state as guardian of impersonal collective public interest”.
