Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the effectiveness of representative bodies of state power. Evaluation of factors affecting the effectiveness of the activities of representative bodies of state power in the field. Search for the main criteria and indicators, parameters and schemes of the assessment methodology and factors affecting the effectiveness of the representative body of state power in the field. Particular attention is paid to the need for the development and normative consolidation of a unified system of criteria for assessing their effectiveness.
