PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SECRET INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTIONS AGAINST A PEOPLE’S DEPUTY

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, investigative (search) actions of a tacit nature concerning persons who enjoy parliamentary immunity are considered. It has been emphasized that such a secret investigative (search) action cannot be carried out in relation to a people’s deputy until the consent of the VRU to his criminal prosecution is granted to the VRU.
