Probleme specifice de utilizabilitate în siturile web municipale: Un studiu de caz cu cinci primării de sector

Abstract
Utilizabilitatea siturilor web este o cerinţă importantă în societatea informaţională. Din păcate, pe plan naţional nu există încă o practică curentă de evaluare a produselor informatice înainte de a fi instalate la utilizator. Scopul acestui articol este de a prezenta un studiu de caz în evaluarea formativă a utilizabilităţii siturilor web din administraţia publică locală. Rezultatele evaluării arată o utilizabilitate scăzută, ca urmare a slabei orientări către cerinţele utilizatorului şi a unor practici necorespunzătoare în activitatea de dezvoltare.
