Проблеми фінансового забезпечення діяльності вищих навчальних закладів в Україні

Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку вищої освіти. Визначено скла- дові фінансового забезпечення вищих навчальних закладів. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід фінансування вищих навчальних закладів. Розглянуто перспективи фінансового забезпечення вищих навчальних закладів з огляду на надання більших повноважень місцевим громадам для фінансування освіти та розвитку альтернативних недержавних форм фінансування. Надано пропозиції щодо розгляду та реалізації можливості надання пільг при оподаткуванні прибутку суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, спрямованих на фінансування навчання та розвиток наукових досліджень ВНЗ а також популяризацію та розширення благодійницької діяльності в освітній сфері.
