Abstract
У статті досліджено сучасні методи управління фінансово-господарською діяльністю підприємства, визначено їх переваги і недоліки та можливості застосування у діяльності вітчизняних підприємств. З’ясовано, що використання сучасних методів та ін- струментів управління фінансово-господарською діяльністю підприємств дозволяє підвищи- ти фінансову стійкість, конкурентоспроможність та адаптивність підприємства до динамічно- го і мінливого зовнішнього середовища.
