Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні аспекти казначейської системи виконання бюджетів. Обґрунтовано роль і місце казначейства в бюджетному процесі. Визначено переваги та недоліки казначейського обслуговування державних та місцевих бюджетів. Висвітлено та проаналізовано проблеми функціонування системи казначейського обслуговування державного та місцевих бюджетів України, запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення роботи органів Державної казначейської служби України відповідно до умов сьогодення.
