PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS INCUBATORS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Problems and prospects for the development of business incubators in Ukraine are discussed in the article. The division of business incubators into classical, hybrid and conditional is proposed. The features of each such form and the level of efficiency in supporting small businesses are defined. The main problems of business incubation are defined by material and organizational barriers. Neutralization of these problems is possible due to the use of a hybrid form of business incubators. Evolution and adaptation of appropriate forms before the change of the external environment allowed us to clarify the definition of the concept of “business incubator”, taking into account the growth of the role of intangible resources and the possibility of organizing such a phenomenon on the basis of existing organizations.
