PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF PHYTOSANITARY LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of normative and legal acts regulating administrative responsibility for violation of phytosanitary legislation. The author reveals the special features of such responsibility and emphasizes the need for its improving. In particular, attention is paid to the lack of the administrative responsibility of legal entities for phytosanitary of fending in Ukraine.
