Problems of formation and development of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine: theoretical foundations.

Abstract
The article analyzed the foreign experience of creating and functioning anti-corruption courts. In some countries, anti-corruption courts are courts of first instance, appeals to appeal decisions are immediately passed to the country's supreme court, thus avoiding ordinary appellate courts. In some countries, a parallel system of anti-corruption courts has been established, which includes a court of first instance and an appellate court. In Ukraine, the selection procedures for judges are taking place in the Supreme Anticorruption Court. At the same time, the development of this institution of state power needs to be regulated by the procedure for consideration of cases, determination of criteria for assessing the activity of judges.
