PROBLEMS OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN THE WORKS OF HASAN BEY ZARDABI

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of physical education, physical health of the body, healthy lifestyle in the scientific and journalistic activities of the great natural scientist and prominent publicist Hasan bey Zardabi. The author of the article considers medical and physiological views of H.B. Zardabi – a Darwinist scholar, to be particularly valuable in the direction of preserving health and strengthening it by physical training, complexes of movement, games and entertainment, hikes and trips. At the same time the author draws conclusions about H.B. Zardabi’s attitude to table games of chess and checkers in physical and mental development.
