Problems of legal regulation of working hours of police officers.

Abstract
In the article on the basis of analysis of the norms of the current legislation, as well as scientific views of sci- entists problems of legal regulation of working hours of police officers are identified and considered. It is noted that in relation to the police, the current national law does not use the category of working time at all, replacing it with another – the official time, which should be regarded as one of the major shortcomings of the legal regulation of this institution
