Problems of state control over observance of legislation on departmental transport.

Abstract
The article generalizes and analyzes theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the essence of departmental transport and its legal regulation. The current state of state control over compliance with the legislation on departmental transport was characterized. It was determined that today state control over observance of the legislation on departmental transport characterized by a number of problems of its development and effective implementation.
