PROBLEMS OF THE FORMATION OF INTEGRATION LINKS OF THE ENTITIES IN THE TIMBER INDUSTRY COMPLEX OF THE REGION

Abstract
In the process of realization of the tasks of socio-economic development of Transcarpathian region as a cross-border region and the establishment of market principles of management, of the significant importance is the search for ways of smart and rational use of forest resources, since the forest lands occupy a half of the territory of the region so the significant funds are being directed to the regional budget from the forestry. In this context, it is important to ensure the purposeful management of timber industry enterprises. The issue of substantiating of the forest management mechanism based on the formation of an institutional system of the complex use of forest resource potential in the market conditions arises. Analysis of the reforming and transformation processes of the state of functioning and development of the timber industry complex of the region outlines the separate stages of attempts to improve the management system in the sector of forest management. It is substantiated that the important direction of the reasonable and rational forest use is the development and implementation of the scientific principles of reforming of forest resource sector by forming and ensuring the functioning of the integration structures of the timber industry complex. It is acknowledged that the vertical integration of the enterprises is the way and form of overcoming the problems of the timber industry complex based on the balance of interests of its participants, providing of long economic ties among specialized enterprises while preserving economic and legal independence. It is advisable for enterprises of the forest sector of the region to use cluster analysis recommendations for rational and efficient use of forest resources and functions, stimulation of interregional cooperation, application of new technologies as well as optimization of production and sales. It is proved that inter-farm territorial associations (integration structures), as complementary actors of timber industry complex, cooperating with each other and forming a closed technological cycle of the large-scale production in the forest sector through the realization of the tasks of development of large and small businesses, can provide growth and realization of competitive products (goods and services) while maintaining the legal independence of its participants.
