PROBLEMS OF THE SUBJECTIVE STRUCTURE OF UNDERGROUND BUILDING LEGAL RELATIONS: RENT ASPECT

Abstract
The article classifies the existing and potential types of underground structures, which should have appropriate legal regimes with the features of permit documents and allocation of subsoil and land plots, as well as analyzed the problems of state registration and registration, valuation of underground space and rent rates.
