PROBLEMS RELATED WITH EMPLOYMENT OF OUTSOURCING IN SECTOR MSP

Abstract
The outsourcing as the innovative concept of management is universally used in the small and medium-sized business sector in Poland. However applying it is bringing different problems. The author of the present article, during empirical examinations, is making the attempt to draw them. The number of these problems has its genesis at the improper preparation and implementing the outsourcing undertaking. Considerable the problem constitutes also a lack of the effective transport between the commissioning entity and the subcontractor.
