Procedural characteristics of stage the detention by authorized official person

Abstract
The purpose of this article is the analysis of regulation in the article 208 of the Criminal Proceedings Law, and also investigation of characteristics of detention by authorized official person, as criminal proceedings law. During the development process author enunciates the idea of making alteration in definition of “detention by authorized official person”. Definition, suggested by the author is the foundation for the further scientific analysis of the detention, and its application order.
