PROCEDURAL PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING THE ALIMONY CONTRACT

Abstract
The grounds regarding to making amendments to the alimony contract are determined and researched in this article as well as the grounds and effects of breach of the alimony contract are separated. The peculiarities of the procedure of breach of the alimony contract as for termination of rights on alimony due to the fact of the acquisition of the right of property of real estate as a kind of alimentary contract are considered in this article either.
