PROCEDURALIZING OF MUNICIPAL LAW AS ONE OF TRENDS OF ITS FURTHER DEVELOPMENT IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZING WORLD

Abstract
This article examines trend of proceduralizing modern development of municipal law. This trend is due to influence of globalization and interstate integration. The author attempts to analyze preconditions expanding municipal procedural regulation reflect feasibility of securing qualitatively new in nature and content of procedures and forms of municipal legal nature in national municipal legislation.
