Procedure manual for payment to suppliers of the Vikingo company Ecuador Viecusa S.A., located in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil

Abstract
The accounts payable process or function is immensely important in abusiness as it involves almost all payments outside of payroll. At development ofthis project, the problems faced by the Vikingo company were investigatedEcuador Viecusa S.A to pay its suppliers, in which a type of descriptiveexplanatory research and theoretical, empirical and statistical methods. For datacollection, techniques such as survey and interview were applied in whoseanalysis it was concluded that the solution to the problem posed is thedevelopment of a procedure manual for payment to suppliers of the companyVikingo Ecuador Viecusa S.A., located in the northern sector of the city ofGuayaquil, in order to indicate the steps that must be followed to carry out thisprocess in a responsible and effective manner, in addition to controlling andsupervising functions of each department linked to carry out said procedure
