Strengthening Competences For Entrepreneurs: A Living Perspective In Guayaquil, Ecuador

Abstract
Unemployment is a problem that is affecting the whole world, and one of the great strategies that minimizes the effects of unemployment is entrepreneurship. That is why the purpose of this research is to Strengthen the entrepreneurial skills in theresidents of the "El Fortín" sector of the City of Guayaquil. This research was approached from a quantitative perspective, with the field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 34 inhabitants of the fortin sector of the city of Guayaquil. Data collection was carried out through observation and survey. It was obtained as a result that the inhabitants of the El Fortín sector recognize that they have some weaknesses in the area of entrepreneurship, however they expressed willingness to strengthen their skills in the area. Therefore, it is concluded that this experiential experience allowed the development and strengthening of competences in entrepreneurs, which guarantees economic dynamization in the study sector
