PROCESS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE FORMING OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF FUTURE MANAGERS IN AGRARIAN SPHERE

Abstract
Modern social and economic conditions on the labour market require training of a professional, who is able to perform tasks efficiently and quickly and to switch over to other tasks. That is a specialist must be professionally mobile. On the other hand one of the main tendencies of modern society development is its internationalization which leads to the development of international integration in different spheres of human activity. Ukraine’s entering into the world social, political, economic, cultural and educational space, openness to the world, active share of technologies in different spheres including social, condition broad practice of intercultural interaction in professional sphere. For the realization of which foreign language knowledge is needed. Foreign language training becomes an objective need in professional training of future managers in agrarian sphere. And forming of professional mobility of future managers in agrarian sphere on foreign language classes is one of the best ways to become a professional.
