PROCESSING APPROACH TO COMMERCIALIZATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OBJECTS ON DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The paper outlines the main aspects of implementing a process approach for the commercialization of intellectual property within the ecosystem based on the transfer technology platform. The necessity of forming such a platform is grounded on providing mutually beneficial actions of all participants in the process of transforming the results of intellectual work into market goods. The platform should be created on the initiative of universities and research institutions as a statutory association to promote science, technology and innovation, efficient and rational use of available scientific potential, material and technical basis for the commercialization of research results and their implementation in the domestic and foreign markets. The purpose of the transfer and technological platform for commercialization within the ecosystem is to provide innovative development of industry in post-industrial society through the creation and promotion of a market-oriented system of order, development, testing and introduction of innovative technologies and products.
