PROCESSUAL FEATURES OF CURRENT INFORMATION CONTAINING PERSONAL DATA

Abstract
This article deals with the issue of the circulation of information containing personal data, investigates the legal regulation of the circulation of personal data in the medical, labor and social spheres. It is proposed to introduce appropriate amendments to the procedure for obtaining consent in the sub - legal normative acts in order to apply the legislation in the field of protection of personal rights and observance of constitutional rights of citizens.
