PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PERSONNEL: CURRENT REQUIREMENTS AND APPROACHES TO FORMATION

Abstract
The article conceptualizes the professional competence of the personnel taking into account modern trends of its change under the influence of factors of the business environment. The modern tendencies of development of professional competence of the personnel in conditions of dynamic changes of the business environment are determined. The characteristics of the current state of the business environment (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and chaotic changes) in which a modern enterprise functions are determined. It is given the definition of professional competence of the personnel as a complex of personality traits, abilities, knowledge and experience (psychological and physiological characteristics, values, motives, guidelines and cognitive abilities), which are expressed in the respective competencies, form the models of professional behavior of personal and determine its readiness and ability to work professionally. It is accented that the requirements for the professional competence of the personnel of the enterprises are constantly being transformed under the influence of changing the characteristics and trends of the business environment development. The list of business competencies of the personnel that are forecasting to be decisive in 2020 is presented. As an example of behavioral indicators of the personnel which will allow measuring the professional competence of the personnel is presented. The hierarchy of professional competencies of the personnel is proposed. The present trends of professional competence development of the personnel are presented. A cognitive scheme for the formation of professional competence of the personnel is constructed.
