PROFESSIONAL DUTIES AS A NECESSARY ELEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF A LAWYER

Abstract
In this article the author explores the legal nature of the professional duties of the lawyer as a necessary structural element of his legal status. The criteria for classifying the duties of a lawyer are examined. It is concluded that the Ukrain- ian law establishes a wide range of professional duties of the lawyer and in most cases determines the procedure for their implementation, as well as provides a mechanism for their compliance (due to the possibility of bringing a lawyer to responsibility, in particular, to disciplinary).
