PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE: ESSENCE AND SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES

Abstract

The article presents theoretical analysis of the professional pedagogical competence problem. The author singles out and describes tendencies and approaches to the definition of the essence, content, functions and the structure of the professional pedagogical competence. Scientific researches generalization and integration provides the grounds for personal approach to the definition of the essence of the analyzed notion and its qualitative characters.
