PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE IMAGE OF A SOCIAL EMPLOYEE

Abstract
The article substantiates the theoretical principles of the process of forming the image of a social worker and professional requirements to him. An analytical review of the concept of the image of a social worker is carried out, on the basis of which the actual definition of this concept is formulated. The main ways of forming a positive image of a social worker are considered. The main mechanisms for creating a positive image of the organization through the prism of its employees are described.
