Abstract
Modern economy forces company to do changes also how to notice role and competence of manager. Changes in cultural structure and generation structure of employed workers made essential for manager to realize his features and competences. This things make up desirable profile, which meet expectations of demanding market. In this article we can see attempt to determine this type of manager competence. On the one hand he realizes with success targets of company and build image of employer XXI century, who cares about relations and accustom rules of well communication. On the other hand he has conscious of self-improvement and constant development.
