Mobbing jako patologiczne zjawisko w miej-scu pracy

Abstract
Mobbing is centrainly a pathological phenomenon. People are the most important organizational resource and they create a corporate image. Respect for employees contributes to their effectiveness and commitment to company issues. A positive atmosphere at work and friendly relations among the workers are the key to success on the market. An employer has an obligation to provide workers with protection against mobbing and declare the war on that terrible phenomenon.
