PROMOCIÓN DE UNA ALIMENTACIÓN SALUDABLE: INCENTIVAR A LA INVESTIGACIÓN UNA LABOR DOCENTE

Abstract
The objective of this research is to analyze the results obtained in the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. It involved students from the first year of high school of the Santa Rosa Educational Unit (Ambato-Ecuador) with the aim of introducing them into the research processes and witnessing. In this respect, learning courses and training sessions were required for the participants, that is, students who became the researchers or student participation groups, in order to identify a problem in the educational community. Under the teacher's guidance, a questionnaire with structured questions was designed. This survey was applied to students of all levels as well as teachers of the institution and the parents, so the campaign "Eat healthy, we want you to be well and happy" was launched, and after the activities performed it was concluded that students consume in greater amount fruits that they bring from their homes and the school meal offered by the Ministry of Education. Such circumstances show the enthusiasm of the students of the first year of high school sections A and C of the Professional Figure Technician in Mechanized and Metallic Constructions.
