PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION PERMITTING SYSTEM IN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of problems in the legal regulation of the licensing system in the sphere of economic activity. The article indicated prospects for improving the legal regulation of licensing procedures in the new economic conditions in Ukraine. Separately, the value of the licensing procedures for the legalization of business entities.
